1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CWAS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per household is permitted
• Sharing accounts is prohibited

3. Booking Rules

• Bookings must be made in advance through the platform
• You must arrive at your scheduled time slot
• Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions
• Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours in advance

4. Payments

• Account balance must be sufficient before booking
• Prices are set per water source and may vary
• Refunds are processed for cancelled bookings

5. Prohibited Activities

• Misrepresenting household information
• Reselling water collected through CWAS
• Attempting to manipulate the scheduling system
• Harassing coordinators or other users

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
